Child and family therapy in Brooklyn Heights

Empowering your child’s potential

Helping children feel understood, supported, and empowered is at the heart of everything I do. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social challenges, or big life transitions, they don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy—creating a safe space where kids can express themselves freely and begin to heal and grow. My work is grounded in deep respect for each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and voice.

I help families deal with…

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • ADHD

  • Social Communication Disorders

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Peer/family relationships

  • Perfectionism

  • School issues

  • Identity exploration

Is your child having a hard time managing big emotions, handling frustration, or coping with anxiety?

With the right support, children can learn to better understand their feelings and build skills to face life’s challenges with more confidence.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Parenting a child with intense emotions can be overwhelming. You want to support them, but it’s hard to know what actually helps—and what might make things worse. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I’m here to help.

I am also a clinician with Feelings School, which is a short-term, skill-based, family-involved treatment for school aged children. This treatment focuses on emotion regulation with children and their parents.
